Hartsville Chiefs 

Chief John W. Cox (Term 2002-present)
Originally a Horsham resident, John graduated from Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School in 1972.  After obtaining his B.S. in Business Administration at Elizabethtown College, and meeting his future wife, Judy, he worked for campus security, and then became a Police Officer for the Borough of Elizabethtown.

Following several years of law enforcement, John and his new wife settled in Warminster where he joined his father's wholesale flower business, and also became a member of Hartsville Fire Company.  In the 20+ years that have followed, John and Judy have served the Company in many varied capacities, while raising a daughter and two sons, and finding time for Church and Scouting activities.
